If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your piece, send it back for a full refund within 30 days.
Please note: For Custom made jewellery, Design Fees and shipping are non-refundable.
Resizing for my designs can be tricky, and in some cases isn’t possible. If you require a resize please contact me directly to discuss what is possible and what options might be available.
We’re always happy to re-etch, blacken or return your piece to its original finish for the cost of postage only.

By purchasing products from Paul Harris Art Design or using this website the customer, agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.
Payment and Online Security
We are pleased to be associated with PayPal, the safer, easier way to pay online. PayPal allows the customer to purchase a product or service without exposing credit card numbers to the merchant.

The exchange rate converter is indicative only, and may vary slightly different when it is processed by PayPal.
GST (Goods and Services Tax)
For New Zealand delivery addresses, all prices are New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax at 15%) inclusive unless otherwise stated. If your order ships to a delivery address outside New Zealand, no GST will be charged.
I offer free shipping in New Zealand, therefore delivery of orders to an address within New Zealand will be at no cost to the customer.
We are unable to send orders to a PO Box address.
All orders dispatched to an address within New Zealand are delivered door to door and may require a signature upon delivery. Track and Trace is standard for all orders dispatched to an address within New Zealand.
All orders shipped outside of New Zealand are sent International Airmail. International orders are sent at the customer’s own risk. If the international shipping conditions do not meet your requirements, please contact me.
Customs & Duties
For any orders shipped to an address outside of New Zealand the customer is the importer of record and will be responsible for all customs import duties and local sales tax charges. These charges vary in each country and are outside of Paul Harris Art Design’s control. Contact your local customs office for more information on what import duties or sales taxes may be imposed.
All orders sent within New Zealand are targeted for delivery between 3 and 5 working days. Orders shipped outside of New Zealand will normally take up to 10 working days.
I make every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate. However the delivery times stated assume that there are no unforeseen events. By placing an order, you agree not to hold Paul Harris Art Design’s liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
If an order/s is found to be incorrectly addressed by the Paul Harris Art Design team then I will be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the item(s). If the customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Paul Harris Art Design will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the customer.
Receiving a Refund
Once your order has been returned to me I we will begin to process your refund request. All undamaged, correctly returned work will be credited to the original purchaser’s bank account, including GST where applicable. I’ll contact you by email or phone when the refund has been made. Paul Harris Art Design reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has damaged.
New Zealand Law
Any goods supplied or sold by Paul Harris Art Design, are sold or supplied under conditions of New Zealand Law. The Laws of sale and contract by any other country do not apply.
Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to business customers (where “business” is as defined by the Act). Business customers agree that where products are purchased for the purpose of a business that the Act does not apply.
